Broker's Comments
This Van de Stadt Legend 34 is now for sale with a desirable leisure mooring at South Dock Marina in Rotherhithe, SE16.
The boat itself is a project as it is in poor condition overall but the purchaser would have the option to change the boat once they've secured the mooring. Alternatively, the boat can be sold without the mooring if the purchaser was only interested in the boat.
These boats were built for long distance cruising in a similar vein to Rivals, Contessas etc. Having owned a Rival 32 myself, I'm a fan of this type of yacht and I'm sure with the right owner and investment, this boat could be put back to doing what it was built for. The engine is running but is overdue a service.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
