Broker's Comments
Health reasons have prevented the owner of this performance racer/cruiser from completing the refit of this vessel, owned since 2008.
Powered by a 30hp Beta engine which has only done a couple of hundred hours it has been scarcely used since its last service in 2018. The selling price has been reduced recently because the residual fuel in the tank has been contaminated by lack of running for over a year.
Brand new fridge and gas cooker included but need installing. Cosmetic repairs are needed to some parts of her exterior.
Her last significant passage was round the UK in 2018, where she was lifted in the Orkneys so she needs another lift out, antifouling and new anodes.
But what she really needs is a new owner who can restore this boat to her previous standards and to have as many years of good sailing that her current owner has enjoyed.
