Broker's Comments
A strong and well built British Yacht that has a good reputation. Known to be capable, easy to sail and seaworthy, the Moody 29's are proven to be a good all rounder for either single handed sailing or for full family on board. They are remarkably spacious for their length with a good sized cockpit and what seems like acres or room down below.
The bilge keel allows her the benefit of shallow or drying moorings and she can even take a sandy beach.
The owner of this example has continually maintained and improved her. She benefits from a new Beta engine professionally fitted with less than 200 hours use, new seacocks throughout, a stainless fuel tank, new fore hatch and new echo sounder and log. Two new batteries were fitted in 2016 and are still under guarantee.
There is a large storage space under the cockpit sole and the folding saloon table is a nifty space saving design.
Whether you plan to sail single handed or with family and friends on board, this Moody 29 is well worth a look.
