Broker's Comments
This vessel is a beautiful example of this much sought after Moody 27 which has been very well cared for and updated by her current owner.
This clean and tidy British built cruiser has a lot going for it. Strong, stable and easy to sail, it’s clear to see why the Moody 27 is so popular. An ideal small family cruiser, the cockpit is roomy and she’s well designed and surprisingly spacious down below.
On deck, this example has the benefits of the addition of in-mast reefing and a furling Genoa with all lines lines led aft, self-tailing winches, a windlass and a non-slip, clean and uncluttered deck.
Down below, there is clean, tidy upholstery and headlining's, a smart wooden finish, cabin heating, separate heads aft of the saloon, a good galley for her size, a large drop leaf table and berths for 5 to possibly 6. And let’s not forget the good Navigational instrument fit out and bilge keels.
