Top decks would benefit from a repaint however these have been been painted with primer. She has also been anti fouled with 2 coats of jet black anti fouling.
All seacocks have been replaced.
I have not seen any water ingress and she is believed to be completely watertight.
Currently there are 2x 100l tanks under the saloon that are not used, these could be used as the holding tanks.

The saloon is a great open space with the long galley to the port side. Newly upholstered seating with storage space all around and a moveable floating table. The galley is very well built with great work space as well as an oven & Grill, 4 burger gas hob, fridge & microwave. The gas is currently not installed and will need to be done to complete the galley.
The forecabin has been rebuilt with an impressive double bed and a lot of storage space beneath. The 400l water tank is also below the berth.
The aft berth is still in need of work, currently this has been shower wall boarded with the intention of turning it into a very spacious heads with the DZR seacocks already fitted.
The cockpit offer great visibility all around and is useable but is in need of attention to make her comfortable and pleasant and on the eye!
4 burner Other cooker/stove

Broker's Comments
Macwester’s are incredibly solid and capable sailing boats. The seaforths were originally designed as a motor sailer with great accommodation.
This example has had a great deal of work done to her and would make an ideal second home. The owner has worked at a local marine business and has used their engineering background to turn this vessel into a brilliant cruiser with liveaboard potential.
Currently the engine can be seen running however, the rigging for her is very old and whilst the mast could be reused, at minimum the running and standing rigging would need to be replaced.
She is an almost complete project, the aft cabin does need finishing off as well as the cockpit, although functional for helming, and could benefit from some tlc. The deck would also benefit from a good paint.
Overall this is a really pretty vessel with great liveaboard/Airbnb potential once fully completed.
