The hull was stipped back to the gelcoat, filled and faired and then two coats of VC Tar with VC Offshore with Teflon antifoul paint.
The rudder is of foam/glass with carbon composite profiled to similar lines as a J24 rudder.

This is no ordinary Fox Terrier 22. Probably one of the fastest 22 footers in the Plymouth area. She has been in the current owners hands for 15 years, during which time he has lavished much care and attention on her. Many upgrades, bespoke improvements and an extensive racing and cruising suite of high quality sails make this yacht rather special.
An excellent performer in club racing, she would be hard to beat, but she could also be used as a fast cruiser.
