Broker's Comments
This strongly built and well designed Colvic Motor Sailer provides a practical, seaworthy and most comfortable live aboard.
The Colvic hull, cutter rig and 56HP BMC Commander engine provide good passage making abilities under sail or power. The covered wheelhouse gives protection from the elements with good visibility all round. The shallow long keel with protected propeller & bilge keels allow her to sit on tidal mooring safely and comfortably.
The accommodation is well laid out for living aboard. From stem to stern we begin with a forward twin cabin, followed by a double cabin, we then come to the galley to Sbd with a separate heads compartment to Port. Aft of this, we have a spacious and homely saloon, from where we can step up easily into the wheel house.
Lovingly cared for and regularly used, both for sailing and living (the current owner lives onboard one month on and one month off), she provides a calm & comfortable sanctuary to live full time, holiday time or any time that suits your needs.
