Broker's Comments
As you step aboard this Cobra 1050, you immediately realise that it is a quality, solidly built yacht. She was Built by Cobra Yachts UK and fitted out by the owner of a local boatyard to a very high standard and he continued to own her until she was sold to the current owner in 2000. Since then she has been equipped and maintained to a very high standard.
Down below, she is in very good condition for a boat of her age. As with all boats of this vintage there will always be issues that require attending to, in this case a couple of windows need replacing and some headlining has come adrift.
Above deck, she has plenty of space to each side and on the fore deck to move around safely. The decks themselves are covered with Treadmaster which looks sound throughout.
The current owner has sailed her short handed in some demanding conditions, including cross channel and has always felt safe.
Recognising that some minor work is required the owner has agreed a sensible price for which there is a lot of boat on offer.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
