The Catalina Morgan 45 needs no introduction. The boat is well known for it superb use of space below deck, with huge aft cabin and even small bath in the en suit aft heads.
This combined with good sea keeping ability and high freeboard made it a popular choice when new.
This example needs some TLC to bring it back to an ideal blue water boat.
