Broker's Comments
We are pleased to be presenting this 31' centre cockpit motor cruiser. Built by Tylers of Tonbridge, similar to the well known, liked and proven Nelson hull, where a solid and sturdy boat was required.
The semi enclosed wheelhouse has been designed with cruising in mind, contains the well equipped helm and navigator's position, with good all round visibility in all weathers. The separate aft cabin is accessed from the spacious cockpit, providing two large single berths.
Stepping down from the cockpit into the living area below you will find the newly refurbished saloon and convertible double berth and a well equipped galley. There is plenty of storage throughout and moving forward there is a separate roomy shower room with an electric flushing toilet.
The current owner has invested in extensive refurbishment during 2021-2022, consisting of many upgrades and maintenance (as detailed in the listing) and includes a Boat Safety Certificate, bow thruster, full rewiring, new upholstery and instrumentation.
Please contact us with any queries and we will be happy to help answer any questions you may have or organise a personal viewing.
