Broker's Comments
The Bertram 31 is a well know design, with excellent capabilities for its size.
It has a large cockpit area with decent size cuddy cabin.
The example has had some recent works with engines replacement Yanmar 4LH, re wire, new through hulls, struts and stuffing boxes, steering, rudders and paint job but some finishing off.
