Broker's Comments

This is a Catalina 34 MK II she is a very spacious yacht inside and out. She has a beautiful navy blue painted hull with stone colour canvas work including cockpit tent. She has a roller boom mainsail which operates wonderfully - have a look at the videos in the gallery. Her teak decks look to be in good condition much like the rest of the boat. Adding to the spacious cockpit is the folding Lewmar helms wheel. She does also boast having a bow thruster fitted.

Her light interior with creme Ultra Leather upholstery adds to the nice airey feel when you step inside through the larger than average companionway (Catalina's are renowned for this).

Accommodation: Starting with the front cabin with luxurious sprung matresses and good storage we then have the Saloon with seating for 4-6p. Salon table can be converted into a double berth plus a single berth on the portside. Navigation desk with good sized chart table, a large Shower/WC compartment WC recently replaced. A very well appointed galley is to the starboardside. Aft cabin again very very spacious with similar sprung mattresses and lots of storage.
